Keeping your Jewelry Beautiful

Please understand that our jewelry is fragile and very delicate and should be treated with care. Proper storage of the jewelry is essential to ensure the life of the piece that you have chosen. We recommend hanging necklaces and bracelets on a jewelry stand or keeping them tucked away with your earrings in a jewelry box when you are not wearing them. When traveling, be sure to pack them in individual boxes with tissue or use a jewelry roll, to keep from getting tangled or broken. (Jewelry bags are very hard on our pieces.)

We will be happy to make repairs on jewelry that is damaged due to an
unusual mistake on our part within 1 year of purchase date. Repairs made after 1 year or due to improper care will be charged a parts and labor fee.
